Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp all appear to be experiencing issues today as users report problems with loading.
Tracking website Downdetector recorded a sharp spike in users reporting that they were having problems earlier on Monday.
On all three platforms, the main issues being recorded are with refreshing and loading the sites.
It is unknown what has caused is the issue or when it is likely to be fixed.
