Family Seeks Public’s Help To Find Missing Man In Sawyer County

SAWYER COUNTY — Amanda Thayer, wife of Aaron Johnson, tells DrydenWire.com that her husband has been missing since October 11, 2020 and is seeking the public’s help to locate him. Rapid Search and Rescue Corp Facebook page has released the following news release.

Please share missing 34 year old man Aaron S. Johnson

Aaron is  5'7" and weighs 220 lbs. He has blue eyes and dark blonde hair that he wears shaved. He has many tattoos on his head, neck, arms, back and stomach.

Aaron was dropped off on Oct 11, 2020 around 6 p.m. in Six Mile on the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation by a co worker. He was on County Rd NN and Hwy Cc (Hayward, WI) to pick up a 2001, Maroon Dodge Dakota with LCO Tribal Plates B631.The truck was parked on the side of the road due to brake issues.

Aaron suffers from many mental health conditions. Aaron speaks to his mother everyday on the phone and has not made a phone call to her since Oct 10th. Aaron spends alot of time in wooded areas, lakes, rivers, back roads, dirt roads in the Radisson Area, Rusk County, Bruce, Ladysmith, LCO or surrounding counties. His wife, mother and loved ones are concerned about his health, state of mind and life.
