SIREN, Wis. -- Residents of Siren should prepare themselves for a new flavor in town right alongside one they’ve grown to love. Fat Daddy’s Pizza is now under new ownership and they’ve added Philly Cheesesteaks to their line-up of specialty pizzas.
Fat Daddy’s Pizza & Philly’s is known for their mouth-watering pizzas which include taco or BBQ or their Fat Daddy Special smothered with pulled pork, but now area residents are able to experience authentic Philadelphia-style cheesesteak sandwiches in a variety of added flavors which also include taco, BBQ or the Fat Daddy special.
New owners Joe and Jill Morey are from Hayward. They’ve spent the last few years in food concessions at area fairs, festivals, craft shows and powwows. They are most known for their famous Squeezer’s Lemonade, a fresh-squeezed lemonade made the old-fashioned way without any premix or syrups. They also add up to a dozen flavors to the lemonade made from real fruits, blended daily. Joe and Jill are excited to announce they are bringing their lemonade stand to Fat Daddy’s where it will be served exclusively.
Joe explains: “This was a fantastic opportunity and when Lance and Tera Ramsdell announced they were selling Fat Daddy’s Pizza, we just couldn’t say no to. Tera has done an amazing job with the restaurant over the past four years, and she will be sadly missed – although hopefully, we’ll still see plenty of her! We will do her proud. We want to keep things fresh and delicious and make Fat Daddy’s the place to go for well-executed pizza and authentic Philly cheesesteaks. Regulars will notice some new, exciting dishes on the menu. We look forward to meeting more of the local community over the coming weeks.”
A grand opening weekend full of giveaways, special discounts and samplings is scheduled for the first weekend of December. Joe said this planned weekend is when they will be introducing their new menu items.
As of this Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, Fat Daddy’s Pizza & Philly’s will be open every day from 10:30 a.m. till 8 p.m. Joe and Jill invite their regulars back for more and new customers to come and try their delicious pizza and sandwiches.

As a result of their expanded menu and hours, Fat Daddy’s is hiring in all positions. They are looking for drivers, kitchen help and a full-time restaurant manager. If you have at least two years of experience in food and/or beverage management, the restaurant manager position may be for you.
A great potential hire for the management position should have a strong passion for team development, guest service and knowledge of systems, methods and processes that lead to sustained growth in sales and profits.
