BURNETT COUNTY — Criminal charges are proceeding in Burnett County Circuit Court against a Luck, WI, man, Mark Byers (45), following a Siren Police investigation into allegations that Byers sent explicit photos and messages to a juvenile.
Byers was arrested and allegedly made admissions when interviewed by investigating officers. He is facing felony charges, including Child Enticement and Grooming a Child for Sexual Activity.
