The Body Shop 24-7 Fitness Center is offering a One-Day Female Only Self-Defense class on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Spooner location (116 Vine Street). All females are welcome to attend.
Doors will only be open for registration from 8:30 AM – 8:50 AM.
Class begins promptly at 9:00 AM.
The cost of the class is $20.00 per person. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your purse as that will be used in the class.
Class will run from 9:00 AM until around 11:00 AM. If attendees need to leave early, that's okay. If the class runs late and anyone cannot stay, that's okay as well.
Bring a positive attitude and an open mind. If anyone has questions, please call the Body Shop 24-7 Fitness at 715-468-7776 and leave a message. Your call will be returned.
