BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A former Spooner, WI, man is facing multiple felony charges in Burnett County and Washburn County Circuit Courts, and a Spooner, WI, woman is facing charges as well.
Dylan Mccarthy is facing new criminal charges in Burnett County related to fentanyl following his arrest on active felony warrants. Criminal charges have been pending in Washburn County Circuit Court against Dylan from court cases filed in 2021 and 2022. Dylan is facing extradition to Minnesota for outstanding warrants on court cases filed against him there.
Charges have also been filed in Burnett County against Savahna Vanderbeek, of Spooner, WI, who was located at the residence when Dylan was arrested.
Authorities state that Dylan and Savahna have an infant child in common who was located at the residence, and ultimately placed in care on a safety plan.
