BARRON COUNTY — Fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine were discovered in a vehicle during a traffic stop that led to the arrest of three Ashland residents, according to the Cumberland Police Department.

RECENT DRUG-RELATED ARREST
On January 31, 2026, Cumberland Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle. During the investigation, controlled substances including fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana were located on occupants and inside the vehicle. Three individuals were arrested on drug-related charges:

Sophie Lemieux:
- Probation Violation
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Possession of Cocaine – 2nd & Subsequent Offense
- Possession of Methamphetamine – 2nd & Subsequent Offense
- Possession of THC – 2nd & Subsequent Offense
- Possession of Schedule I or II Narcotics
- Possession/Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance on or Near Certain Places

Robert Powless:
- Probation Violation
- Possession of Cocaine – 2nd & Subsequent Offense
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Possession of Schedule I or II Narcotics
- Possession/Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance on or Near Certain Places

Jordan Jensen:
- Probation Violation
- Possession of Schedule I or II Narcotics
- Possession of Cocaine
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Operate While Intoxicated (1st Offense)
- Misappropriation of ID Information
- Resist/Obstruct
- Possession/Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance on or Near Certain Places
All three subjects are from the Ashland, Wisconsin area. They were transported to the Barron County Jail and are awaiting formal charges.
