The Governor of Wisconsin has ordered that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff in honor of former First Lady of the United States Barbara Bush.
In accordance with EO #285, please ensure that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin are flown at half-staff at all state facilities beginning at sunrise on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, and ending at sunset on the date of interment.
