BURNETT COUNTY — A Minnesota man has been bound over on felony charges for arson and misuse of a tracking device in Burnett County Circuit Court after investigators say evidence, including a burned vehicle, shoe prints, a blanket, and Flock camera data, linked him to an early-morning fire at a Burnett County residence.

The criminal complaint filed in Burnett County further alleges that Daniel Pechonick (46) of Blaine, MN, used information from a GPS tracking device to learn the victim’s location before being given a ride to Wisconsin and allegedly setting the victim’s vehicle on fire.
