BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) -- The Court has ordered a sentence for Bryan Neuswanger, a former teacher for Hayward schools, on criminal convictions stemming from criminal charges filed against him after an incident during which he showed sexual photos that were stored on his phone to multiple children.
