POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal cases are proceeding in Polk County Circuit Court against former Amery, Wisconsin theatre owner(s) Amanda Whiting and Joshua Whiting.
A criminal complaint filed in Polk County states that Amanda coordinated and maintained a sexual relationship with one juvenile victim for over a year. She is facing 15 criminal charges, including sexual intercourse with a child 16 or older, child enticement, child abuse-intentionally cause harm, and causing mental harm to a child.
Joshua is charged with causing a child, 13-18 years old, to view sexual activity.
The 28-page criminal complaint describes that Amanda also previously worked in the State of Minnesota as a youth pastor and is believed to be currently employed in Minnesota with an adoption/foster agency.
