Four Question Friday: Tom Richie, Real Estate Solutions Broker And Owner

RICE LAKE, WI -- Local real estate leader, Tom Richie is a founding member of Real Estate Solutions in Rice Lake, WI. Real Estate Solutions is a locally owned and operated independent real estate office with primary focus on providing area residents with top tier real estate services to the communities they serve. 1. What is your favorite book? “Untethered Soul” by Michael A. Singer
2. How do you take your coffee? Black.
3. Have you ever met somebody famous? Yes! My oldest son, Tanner of Tanner Fletcher brand, is making quite a name for himself in the Fashion Industry.
4. Do you have a favorite quote? “Individual commitment to a group effort- that is what makes a team work, a company work, a civilization work.” - Vince Lombardi

Tom began his professional career with twelve years in law enforcement, including six as the Barron County Sheriff. In addition to his Real Estate Brokers License, Tom holds a master’s degree in Management/Administration, a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and has taught Law Enforcement classes at the local technical college.

Tom grew up in Barron County and has made it his business to help more people call our area home. Not only does Tom and Real Estate Solutions make helping people in the area with their real estate needs a priority, but giving back to the community and people they serve is at the forefront of Real Estate Solutions business model. Tom shared that in 2022 Real Estate Solutions donated thousands of dollars in support of over 27 local programs, charity events and community fundraisers. “It’s so important to me personally, and as a local business owner, to give back by supporting the local causes and programs that help our community thrive, especially when efforts benefit our local youth and families.” Tom, his wife, and children reside in Rice Lake and are active members of St. Joseph Catholic Church and involved in a variety of local youth sports and activities.
