SHELL LAKE -- Embrace is hosting a free, 6-week series of calming yoga for all bodies, abilities and ages. The instructor is Lorrie Blockhus with Om Sweet Om Yoga LLC. Learn and practice yoga postures to shift stress, anxiety and panic, as well as quick and easy breathing techniques to use anywhere at any time.

Beginners are welcome! Step-by-step guidance will be provided. Join any or all sessions! Bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat. Comfortable clothes with stretch are recommended. Bottled water and snacks will be provided.

This series will begin May 29th and will continue through July 10th, every Tuesday evening from 5pm-6pm at the Memorial Park in Shell Lake (no class on July 3rd).
