SARONA -- Please join The Roost of Sarona and guest chef Peter Kwong on Saturday, September 23 from 6 PM - 9 PM for an unforgettable night of French Wines and 8 Courses of Classically prepared French Cuisine using local ingredients from area farms.
They will begin your evening with Quiche Lorraine, Onion Soup and then treat you to Coque au Vin, Ratatouille, Lamb Provencal, Beef Bourguignon, and wind down with a cheese course and a local fruit tarte.
