Fresh Salmon basted with brown butter and fresh rosemary is on special at The Roost of Sarona this Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm until 8pm.
The Roost will pair this with fingerling potatoes, chef's veg, and soup or salad for only 17.99.
They will, of course, be featuring their endless Shrimp, Wings and Ribs along with the rest of their full menu.
