Mortgage pre-approval is the important first step for your home loan. Having a pre-approval in hand shows sellers and realtors that you are serious. And when two people are going after the same home, having a pre-approval in hand may give you an edge.

Start by coming to see me. We’ll talk about what you may qualify to borrow. I will likely ask you to:

  • Provide the information on your income, assets, liabilities, and real estate owned.
  • Provide written consent(s) to pull your credit report(s).

After that, we’ll take a close look at your numbers so you understand your financing options and together we can determine which financing option may fit your needs best.

If you qualify, I’ll make sure you have a pre-approval letter. Once you have it, you’re ready to shop for a home with confidence. It will elevate your home buying status and strengthen your offer.

How do you start?

Contact me either by phone at (715) 296-1160 or by email at and we’ll set a time to get together. It’s that easy. Since I work out of my home office in Spooner, I can meet you when and where it is most convenient for you.
