Free Confidential Risk Assessment for chlamydia and gonorrhea including education and condoms. Testing and Treatment as needed.
Testing: If needed, you self-collect a urine sample privately at our office. The sample is sent to the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene for processing. Results in 1 week.
All clients are assessed for eligibility in Family Planning Only Services BadgerCare, for coverage for their continued Reproductive Health needs including birth control supplies.
In addition, all clients are offered enrollment in our Reproductive Health Program for education, counseling, and case management of their Reproductive Health, including their annual Appointment with or without a pap smear &/or HPV typing.
