Governor Tony Evers has ordered the flags of the United States and the State of Wisconsin to be flown at half-staff in honor of Officer Matthew Rittner, of the Milwaukee Police Department, who died in the line of duty on Wednesday, February 6th, 2019.
The order is effective immediately and ends at sunset on the date of interment.
