Governor Scott Walker has ordered that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff as a mark of respect for Firefighter Terrance E. Shafer who died in the line of duty on Saturday, February 25, 2017.
In accordance with this order, please ensure that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin are flown at half-staff at all state facilities, beginning at sunrise Friday, March 3, 2017, and ending at sunset on that date.
