Gubernatorial Candidate Kelda Roys to Appear on DrydenWire Live

SPOONER, WI — Kelda Roys, a candidate for Wisconsin Governor and current State Senator representing the 26th Senate District (D–Madison), will be the featured guest on DrydenWire Live! on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 .

The show will stream live at 8:30a CST on DrydenWire’s Facebook page, where Roys will join DrydenWire founder Ben Dryden for a conversation focused on her campaign and background.

A lifelong Wisconsinite, Roys was born in Taylor County north of Highway 29 and now lives in Madison with her husband and their blended family of five children. She is an attorney, small-business owner, and currently serves in the Wisconsin State Senate.

Before entering public service, Roys worked as a nonprofit executive. She earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin and has spent much of her career focused on strengthening communities, supporting working families, and improving government accountability.

During her time in the legislature, Roys has worked on a range of issues including public safety, economic development, health care access, and education. She has also participated in bipartisan efforts aimed at addressing workforce shortages and supporting Wisconsin families and businesses.
