WASHBURN COUNTY -- The Court has accepted a guilty plea on amended drug charges in a case filed in Washburn County Circuit Court against an Inver Grove Heights, MN, man following a March 1, 2025, arrest by the Spooner Police Department.
Daniel Berglund, age 31, was arrested after Spooner Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle and discovered a loaded handgun and over 200 grams of marijuana in various forms, including flowers, wax, cartridges, and vapes.
Berglund appeared for a court hearing on March 16, 2026, and was sentenced.
