- Allan G. Hill, 73, of Grantsburg, Wisconsin.
- Jody J. Quimby, 43, of Grantsburg, Wisconsin
Head-On Crash In Burnett County Results In Two Fatalities
BURNETT COUNTY — A two-car head-on crash near Grantsburg on Thursday has resulted in the death of both drivers. A juvenile passenger was also airlifted from the scene, according to a press release from the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office.
(Press Release) — On May 16, 2019, the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office and the Grantsburg Fire Department responded to a two car head on crash on State Highway 87/48 in the Town of Anderson.
The operators of both motor vehicles were deceased at the scene.
A juvenile passenger was air lifted to Children’s Hospital with unknown injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol, the Burnett County Sheriff’s office and the Burnett County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Names will not be released pending notification of family.
