Press Release

LADYSMITH, WI -- Indianhead Community Action Agency, Inc. (ICAA) has received $4,000 in funding through the generosity of Associated Bank to provide additional jobs and business development support in twelve northwest Wisconsin counties. This funding is secured in part, through the work of Wisconsin Community Action Program Association (WISCAP), a statewide partner providing support and funding opportunities for community action agencies throughout the state.

The funds will be used to provide technical assistance for small businesses, such as creating a marketing plan, and setting up websites for business use. Anna Ringstad, Business Development Manager said, “this funding is exciting because it allows us to set businesses up for success in areas they may not have hands-on experience in. We are able to come alongside and provide technical services that help support business operations and contribute to the success of the business.”

ICAA’s Business Development program provides a wide range of services to small business owners across northwest Wisconsin including, business registration, creating/updating business plans, social media strategies, financial analysis, and more!
