CLEAR LAKE, WI -- Today, Industrial Safety, Inc. announced that it has become an authorized distributor of Dräger products, including its cutting-edge NFPA-approved SCBA. For the better part of two decades, Industrial Safety has sold the ISI / Avon brand of SCBA. Avon exited the fire market approximately 2 years ago. Since that time, Industrial Safety has been searching for the right SCBA partner. Today, it has found that partner.

Industrial Safety’s General Manager, Andrea Cress, said the following: “Unfortunately, when Avon exited the fire market, Industrial Safety was left with a gap in its wide-range of product offerings. Today, Industrial Safety is very proud to have filled the gap with the Dräger line of products. We are particularly proud of the Dräger SCBA. For over 30 years, Industrial Safety has provided top-notch products and services to Wisconsin’s firefighters. We refuse to sell sub-par products. So, when we began our search for a new SCBA, it was important that the product be not only cost-effective for our largely rural, volunteer customer base, but that it meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency with Dräger, we believe we have hit a homerun and we think our customers will agree.”
