POLK COUNTY — An interstate burglary investigation has resulted in felony convictions in Polk County Circuit Court for Danial Hess (38) from Wyoming, MN.
Hess, 37, and Anna Ganley (37), also of Wyoming, MN, were both charged after multiple search warrants executed by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Chisago County, Minnesota, law enforcement led to the retrieval of dozens of items, including firearms, Harley Davidson gear, power tools, and hunting equipment, stolen from a storage unit in St. Croix Falls and then transported to Minnesota.
Ganley was previously charged and placed on a deferred agreement for felony receipt of stolen property in Burnett County Circuit Court. She is now scheduled to be sentenced there in June 2026.
Hess was sentenced on May 29, 2026, for convictions from his charges in Polk County.
