WASHBURN COUNTY -- The Washburn County Area Humane Society is holding a special 25th Anniversary & Tree of Lights Celebration on Sunday, December 8th from 1 pm - 4 pm. The public is invited to come and share some free treats and beverages as well as prizes and raffle items. The Tree of Lights is a heartfelt way for animal lovers to continue to support the shelter and provide the warmth, love, and caring these animals need and deserve.
For a donation of your choice, we will light a light on the tree - "In Memory Of" or "In Honor Of" for that special companion that is now a fond memory or for that special pet that “lights up” your life every day. You can either email the form back to the shelter at wcahumansociety@gmail.com or bring it with you to the event.
