WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A third person has been sentenced in Washburn County Circuit Court for convictions in connection with a heroin trafficking conspiracy ring that was distributing heroin in Northwestern Wisconsin since at least 2018.
Roxie Quaderer, age 50, was charged in 2021 along with 52-year-old Antoinette Brewer (also known as “MA”), Johnson Browneagle (a/k/a "JO-JO"), of Minneapolis, MN, and Joseph Browneagle (a/k/a "LIL JO-JO").
