Late on Friday, we filed an amicus curiae brief with the Wisconsin Supreme Court supporting Judge Jim Troupis in a politically charged criminal case tied to the 2020 election. Our brief urges the Court to grant Troupis's petition for review and order a hearing about credible allegations of judicial impropriety in Dane County Circuit Court.

Failing to address these suspicions risks eroding public trust in Wisconsin's judiciary, especially amid national criticism labeling the case as "lawfare" damaging lives and courts. Read more here.

Wisconsin Looking to Hire $187,000 Per-year Gender Dysphoria Psychologist

Wisconsin’s prison managers are looking for a six figure, part-time psychologist to focus on sex changes for inmates. The state’s Department of Corrections last week posted a job listing for a gender dysphoria psychologist consultant. The position is based at the DOC headquarters in Madison, and pays $90 an-hour. That's $187,2000 per-year. Though the state says it may not be a full time job.

Wisconsin Lawmakers Praise SCOTUS Ruling on Secret Gender Policies

The U.S. Supreme Court's decision that affirmed parents' rights in school gender-related decisions striked down "secret gender policies" where schools hide students' mental health issues like gender dysphoria from parents. Legislative Republicans like Rep. Barb Dittrich and Sen. Andre Jacque hailed the ruling and urged Evers to sign legislation to ban such policies statewide. At least 14 districts, including Milwaukee and Madison, have these practices.
