BURNETT COUNTY -- Criminal charges are filed in both Burnett County and Polk County against a man and woman for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
Online circuit court records show that Paul Braun and Sara Domogalla are facing charges for intent to deliver methamphetamine in multiple cases filed against them in two counties.
Criminal complaints filed in Burnett County in September 2020 state that the most recent charges stem from a traffic stop that occurred in the Village of Siren, WI.
An Officer on duty for the Siren Police Department made contact with a van outside the pharmacy in Siren after the van had been observed driving erratically.
Inside the van, the Officer saw a man, identified as Paul Braun, and a woman, identified as Sara Domogalla, arguing. The Officer made contact with them and noticed that Braun was displaying very nervous behavior and that Domogalla appeared to be very upset.

Domogalla exited the van when instructed to do so, and on her seat Officers allegedly found a gem bag containing a white powdery substance. Domogalla and Braun were placed in handcuffs.
Officers searched the van and located multiple gem baggies containing white crystal and powdery substances both on the driver and passenger side of the van, according to the criminal complaints. Small crystals and powder were also found in the carpet of the van. Three separate locations tested positive for Methamphetamine. Several crystallized rocks that appeared to have been smashed were found in the glove compartment area.
A Crown Royal bag was found in the driver’s door with a digital scale and more gem baggies containing a white powdery substance. Officers also found a glass smoking device was found in the rear passenger area and a drug kit was found under the front passenger seat.
