RUSK COUNTY -- An Ingram, Wisconsin man has been taken into custody in Tennessee and is awaiting transport back to Rusk County following an investigation alleging he had sexual contact and intercourse with a child under 16, according to a press release from the Rusk County Sheriff's Office.
(Press Release) -- On June 01, 2018, the Rusk County Sheriff’s Department received a report of possible sexual assault of a minor in the Town of Flambeau and the Village of Ingram, in the County of Rusk.
During the investigation, it is alleged that Robert D Dilysi of Ingram, WI, had sexual contact and sexual intercourse with a child under the age of sixteen.
On Friday June 29, 2018, Rusk County Investigators obtained an arrest warrant and Robert Dilysi was arrested in Tennessee on charges in reference to this investigation. Following extradition proceedings he will be transported back to Rusk County to face charges.
No further information will be released at this time as the case is still under investigation.
