RUSK COUNTY — Kevin Miemer of Glen Flora, WI was prounounced dead after authorities responded to a call about a man trapped in a corn bin at the Sheldon Co-op, according to a press release from the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office.
(Press Release) — On the afternoon of 09/19/2019, the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a man trapped in a corn bin at the Sheldon Co-op in the Village of Sheldon, County of Rusk.
The Rusk County Sheriff’s Office, Sheldon Fire Department, Rusk County EMS, Ladysmith Fire Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, LifeLink Helicopter and the Jump River Fire Department responded to the scene.
The male subject was recovered and life saving measures were taken before the male subject was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The male subject was identified as Kevin A Wiemer m/w 02/21/1961 of Glen Flora, WI.
