POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced a man for convictions from a two-vehicle Polk County 2022 crash in which alcohol was determined to be a factor. Dylan Owen, age 23, of River Falls, WI, the driver of a truck that deviated from its lane of travel and struck another vehicle on July 3, 2022, was charged criminally in December 2022.

Owen received charges of Class F Felony Injury by Intoxicated Use/Vehicle, Class F Felony Injury by Use of Vehicle with PAC, Misdemeanor OWI (2nd), and Misdemeanor Operating w/ PAC (2nd) from the crash. He also received citations for Vehicle Operator Failing to Wear a Seat Belt, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Proof of Insurance, Operating without a Valid License (1st Violation), and Operating Left of Center (Great Bodily Harm).
