POLK COUNTY -- The Court has sentenced Thomas Barthman, age 58, for a conviction of 11th Offense OWI in Polk County Circuit Court.
Charges were filed against Barthman following a motorcycle crash in September 2022. Barthman failed to appear in Court in October 2022, which resulted in a nationwide warrant being issued for his arrest.
