BURNETT COUNTY — A Siren, WI, man has been convicted of a felony drug offense in Burnett County Circuit Court following an investigation into the delivery of THC wax and a subsequent search that uncovered marijuana plants, processed marijuana, and drug paraphernalia at a Siren Township property.
Nicholas Contreras (32) of Siren, WI, was charged along with Matthew Olson Jr. (30) and Matthew Olson Sr. (51), both of Siren, WI. The cases against the Olsons are proceeding in Burnett County Circuit Court.
Contreras, who also faces separate drug-related charges in Polk County Circuit Court stemming from another investigation, pleaded guilty in Burnett County on September 3, 2026, to one count of Class I Felony Manufacture/Deliver THC and was sentenced.
