POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – Felony charges have been filed against Kenneth Kelley, age 41, of St. Paul, MN, from a July 2024 fatal crash in Polk County, Wisconsin.
The criminal complaint filed against Kelley in Polk County Circuit Court alleges that marijuana and methamphetamine were determined to be a factor in the crash.
