RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - An investigation by the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office into a complaint of theft by a contractor has resulted in felony charges for Ronnie Pichler, age 30, of Menomonie, WI. The complaint filed against him alleges that the victims provided Pichler with over $200,000.00, and the work was not completed.
Pichler is also facing criminal charges in Dunn County Circuit Court as well, including sexual assault of a child, domestic battery, and OWI.
