MINONG -- Chief Stuart of the Minong Police Department posted on the departments Facebook page warning residents of a phone scam involving the Northwood School.
Be aware of the most recent phone scam: an Individual received a phone call from an alleged person selling stuff for a fund raiser for Northwood School. First, when the school students sell for a fundraiser they will go door to door or a parent may talk with co-workers. If you receive any calls like this they will be a scam!! The Minong Police Department will try to post Scams as we hear of them.
