2 Pilots Dead After Fire Truck Collision On LaGuardia Runway

Two pilots were killed Sunday when an Air Canada jet collided with a Port Authority vehicle on a runway at New York’s LaGuardia Airport, according to transportation officials.

There were 72 passengers and four crew members aboard the jet. More than three dozen passengers were taken to the hospital after the incident, as were two officers who were in the Port Authority fire truck.

Iran Threatens Strikes On Gulf Power Plants Following Trump's Strait Of Hormuz Ultimatum

Israel launched more strikes on Tehran Monday as Iran warned it could start striking power plants in the Gulf region. The threat came after Trump gave Tehran 48 hours on Saturday to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, an ultimatum that sent stocks tumbling.

Iran's Defense Council said Monday that the only way for "non-belligerent" countries to pass through the Strait of Hormuz is through coordination with Iran, and warned that any attack on Iran's coasts or islands would trigger mine-laying across the Gulf sea lanes.

Dozens Injured After Bus From Chicago Crashes In Wisconsin

A tour bus carrying 54 passengers crashed off an Interstate 43 exit ramp Sunday afternoon, sending 33 people to area hospitals with injuries ranging from critical to minor.

First responders were dispatched to the scene just after 2:30 p.m. following a report that the bus exited northbound I-43 onto North Webster Avenue, crossed the roadway, and went over an embankment.
