One month after a judge declared Google's search engine an illegal monopoly, the tech giant faces another antitrust lawsuit that threatens to break up the company, this time over its advertising technology.

The Justice Department and a coalition of states contend that Google built and maintains a monopoly over the technology that matches online publishers to advertisers. Dominance over the software on both the buy side and the sell side of the transaction enables Google to keep as much as 36 cents on the dollar when it brokers sales between publishers and advertisers, the government contends in court papers.

Thankfully, the patient has recovered, but they are the 14th person to fall ill with bird flu in the US this year, and the first patient with "no immediate known animal exposure", according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Human Remains Discovered On Private Property In Wisconsin, Sheriff Says

Human skeletal remains were found in the city of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, over the weekend, according to officials.

The Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that a local deer hunter discovered the remains on private property on Saturday and immediately notified law enforcement.

A 31 year old Superior man died on Sunday September 1st when the vehicle he was driving left the roadway and overturned.

The accident was reported to Douglas County 911 at 10:18am when a nearby resident heard the crash. The crash occurred on CTH B near Otto Rd in the town of Oakland.

Audit Of DPI Will Take Precedence Over Fish And Wildlife Analysis

As it begins to review the operations of two state agencies, the Joint Legislative Audit Committee will prioritize analyzing the Department of Public Instruction over Wisconsin’s fish and wildlife account, the audit committee co-chair said Friday.

Republican Sen. Eric Wimberger told “Wisconsin Today” the $16 million budget shortfall in the Department of Natural Resource’s fish and wildlife account could be caused by something as simple as fewer hunters and anglers.

“I just think it’s a big unknown, so I don’t want to pass judgment yet in any way,” Wimberger said. “Unlike the DPI audit, where I think there’s some wrongness going on and we’re going to follow a particular path.”
