POLK COUNTY — At 3:13p on Sunday, August 10, 2025, a crash occurred on CTH I at 90th Street in Polk County. Assisting agencies included the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. The crash involved 1 fatality, according to a news release from the Wisconsin State Patrol.

NEWS RELEASE

On August 10, 2025, at approximately 3:13 pm, the Wisconsin State Patrol and Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a truck pulling a trailer and a motorcycle on County Highway I near the intersection of 90th Street.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that the motorcycle operator was deceased.

The initial investigation indicates the motorcycle had turned south onto CTH I from 90th Street while the truck was northbound negotiating a curve when the trailer that was being pulled turned over crossing into the southbound lane striking the motorcycle operator.

The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.

    • 38-Year-Old Male From Webster, WI
  • Injuries: None
