Ella Waterworth, 13, of St. Croix Falls, WI will be traveling to Washington D.C. this week, as the Wisconsin Teen Advocate for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She will be sharing her story with Wisconsin's Senators and Congresspersons.
