BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A Grantsburg, WI, man with four prior OWI convictions is facing felony charges after allegedly driving erratically in Burnett County, abandoning his vehicle, and later threatening deputies during his arrest.
The criminal complaint alleges that Ryan Richardson, 41, was found with a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit following a June 21, 2025, incident that began with multiple 911 calls reporting a dangerous driver.
