RUSK COUNTY — A Conrath, Wisconsin, man is facing multiple felony charges in Rusk County Circuit Court following an investigation into allegations that he engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct involving a juvenile.
A criminal complaint filed against Douglas Merrill (49) alleges that he exposed a juvenile to pornography and exposed himself to the juvenile. Online records indicate that Merrill is in the custody of the Rusk County Jail, and a court hearing on his new charges is set for July 28, 2026.
