News Release - More families will soon be able to experience a new kind of neighborhood and raise their kids with extensive wildlife near the pristine waters of a local lake. The Rice Lake City Council recently approved C&M Home Builders and Real Estate’s new project ‘Moon Lake.’
“We’re so excited for the people of Rice Lake. This community is being engineered to take advantage of the natural environment and give people a place to live that is not only convenient, but also a respite after a long day of working hard,” Co-owner Cody Filipczak said.
The Moon Lake project will encompass 47 walk-out and look-out twin home lots. Many of those lots will be wooded and also lake front. In addition, the new community will have a bike trail throughout, natural landscaping, sidewalks and will be close to entertainment and shopping in Rice Lake. Construction is scheduled to begin immediately.
