WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Previously filed criminal cases against Bernard Seidling, age 74, were dismissed earlier this month; however, new felony charges have been filed in Washburn County Circuit Court.

According to court documents obtained by DrydenWire, prosecutors say new information led to the dismissal of earlier cases in the “interests of justice,” and Seidling now faces fresh felony bail jumping charges for allegedly engaging in a series of real estate transactions across northern Wisconsin, using aliases, trusts, and third parties to move properties in defiance of a judge’s direct orders.
