New Emergency Room Entrance Now In Use at Spooner Health

SPOONER, WI — Effective mid-afternoon on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, access to the Spooner Health Emergency Department will be via the new Emergency Entrance driveway off Chandler Drive.

All emergency department patients should enter via the new Emergency Entrance driveway off Chandler Drive. This provides access to the Emergency Department entrance only on the east side of the hospital.

To help navigate to the correct entrance, there is a large red “EMERGENCY” sign indicating the entrance. Note: The Emergency Entrance driveway does not provide access to the Main Hospital entrance or Essentia Clinic.
