Northwest Land & Recreation Transformed to RE/MAX 4 Seasons

SPOONER – Today local broker/owner Kyle Pierce announced he is converting his current real estate office, Northwest Land & Recreation, and reopening his office under RE/MAX. Pierce’s RE/MAX 4 Seasons is a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage covering a five county region in northwest Wisconsin.

“Buyers and sellers will appreciate working with our agents who’ll continue to provide the same trusted service they’ve also received from us, but they’ll also benefit from the tools the nationally recognized brand of RE/MAX provides,” said Pierce. “The market in our area is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are excited to help our neighbors and friends find their dream home.”

RE/MAX 4 Seasons agents are now available and best positioned to assist buyers and sellers as the local real estate market continues to see tremendous growth. There has been an 18.6 percent increase in the number of homes sold this year compared to 2016 in Washburn County, according to the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.

Pierce who has 21 years of experience in real estate is joined by four real estate agents and an office manager to assist anyone whether they want a first home, a luxury lake home, land or commercial property. The RE/MAX 4 Seasons team will use the RE/MAX global network, which includes the latest technology and market insights to assist buyers and sellers.

“Kyle’s experience in real estate, strong leadership in building a successful business and his enthusiasm for his clients and agents are valuable assets in today’s market,” said Fiona Petrie, executive vice president and managing director of RE/MAX INTEGRA U.S. operations. “We are glad to have Kyle and his team part of the RE/MAX family as we know they will take the company to new heights in this community.”

RE/MAX 4 Seasons celebrated the opening of their new business by supporting the Washburn Community Food Pantry. People in the community dropped off at RE/MAX 4 Seasons cards and donations for the 130 children who’ll benefit from the pantry’s Christmas program.

The new RE/MAX 4 Seasons brokerage is located at 1001 North River Street in Spooner, Wisconsin.
