POLK COUNTY — Criminal cases filed in Polk County Circuit Court against 33-year-old Richard Hatcher of Osceola, WI, following a pair of disturbing incidents in the summer of 2025 have concluded.
According to criminal complaints, the investigations began with a June 2025 welfare check involving a frightened child and escalated in August when a domestic dispute call reportedly uncovered more drugs, including cocaine, fentanyl, and meth.
Hatcher appeared for a court hearing on March 13, 2026, and was sentenced on a felony meth-related conviction from his cases.
