BURNETT COUNTY — A Webster, WI, man is facing multiple felony drug charges after a Burnett County Sheriff's Office investigation documented two methamphetamine sales allegedly totaling more than 60 grams.
Prosecutors have charged 30-year-old Shane Fagnan with two counts of felony delivery of methamphetamine following controlled purchases conducted by law enforcement with a confidential informant. A criminal complaint filed in Burnett County Circuit Court describes the transactions, which were monitored by law enforcement and resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine.
