WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has accepted a Guilty plea from the owner of ReNew Roofing on charges of child enticement that were filed against him in Washburn County Circuit Court in March 2024. James Emerson, age 40, was charged criminally following an investigation by Washburn County Law Enforcement and the Washburn County Department of Health and Human Services. Emerson faces a possible maximum sentence of 25 years imprisonment.
